Services

What we build, and how we engage.

Four capability areas and three ways to work with us. Most real problems span two.

  • Headless CMS
  • Performance and SEO foundations

Ways of working

Three ways to engage.

Not every problem needs a project. Sometimes it needs capacity, continuity, or a clear look at what you already have.

Fractional Engineering

Senior engineering capacity on a defined weekly commitment. For teams that need to ship but aren't ready to hire.

Systems Retainer

Ongoing support, improvements, and new automations after a build. Monthly, cancellable, with a review each month so you can see what you got.

Audit & Roadmap

A two-week fixed-price review of your current systems and a prioritized plan. No obligation to build with us afterwards.

How we work

How a project runs.

  1. Scope

A conversation, then a written summary of the problem and what success looks like.

    Week 0

  2. Architect

We map the system, name the constraints, and send you a fixed quote with milestones.

    3–5 days

  3. Build

Sprints with working demos, not status reports.

    2–6 weeks typical

  4. Operate

Documented handover, your repo, your accounts. Then optional ongoing support.
