Pricing

What this actually costs.

Starting prices, and an honest account of what moves them. Every project is quoted fixed after we've scoped it.

Audit & Roadmap

From $500fixed

A two-week review of your current systems and a prioritized plan. Often the right first step, and there's no obligation to build with us afterwards.

What moves the number

  • How many systems are in scope
  • Whether you need the roadmap costed as well as prioritized

Web Platforms

From $2,000

A conversion-focused site and the lead system behind it — capture, routing, follow-up, and attribution.

What’s included

What moves the number

  • Number of pages and whether a CMS is needed
  • How much copy we're writing versus editing
  • Depth of the follow-up automation

AI Systems

From $2,000

One named system — support agent, document extraction, knowledge assistant — built with evaluations and monitoring, not just a working prompt.

What’s included

What moves the number

  • How clean and accessible your data is
  • How costly a wrong answer is, which sets the review design
  • Number of systems it has to integrate with

Internal Tools

From $3,000

Admin panels, dashboards, and workflow automation with real permissions and an audit trail.

What’s included

What moves the number

  • Number of distinct user roles
  • Whether it replaces or sits alongside existing tools
  • Reporting and export requirements

Software Engineering

From $3,000per sprint

Custom applications, APIs, integrations, and feature sprints for teams who need to ship without hiring.

What’s included

What moves the number

  • Sprint length and how much is genuinely new versus integration
  • State of the existing codebase
  • Testing and compliance requirements

Systems Retainer

From $800per month

Ongoing support, improvements, and new automations after a build. Monthly, cancellable, with a written review each month.

What moves the number

  • Hours reserved per month
  • Response commitment
  • How many systems are covered

These are floors, not estimates. Most engagements land above them, and we’d rather you knew the shape of the number before a call than after one.

How a quote gets set

Nothing gets built before you've seen a number.

  1. Scope

    Week 0

A free 30-minute call, no deck. We ask what's not working and what you've already tried. You get back a written summary of the problem as we understand it, which is also the first test of whether we understood it.

  2. Architect

    3–5 days

We map the system, name the constraints and the risks, and decide what sits outside the scope. Then you get a fixed quote with milestones, so you know the price and the shape of the thing before anything is built.

Questions

About money.

Why 'from' prices instead of a fixed number?

Because a fixed number on a page would be a guess, and you'd rightly discount it. These are honest floors - the smallest version of each engagement we'd take on. The real number comes after the Architect stage, in writing, before anything is built.

When do I get a real quote?

After the Architect stage, usually three to five days. You get a fixed price and a milestone schedule and approve both before we start. If it comes back higher than expected you can stop there - the architecture summary is yours either way.

What if the scope changes mid-project?

We re-quote the delta openly. We won't absorb it silently and get quietly resentful, and we won't pretend it was always in scope.

Do you take equity or revenue share instead?

No. We're a services business and we'd rather be straightforwardly good at that than a bad investor on the side.

Have something that needs building?

Tell us what's not working. If we can help, we'll say how.
